When we woke up on Saturday morning Jo and I could not believe that it had only been a week since we were back from India. Evan isn't sleeping well - partly because he doesn't want to sleep alone after having slept for two weeks with someone else in bed - either Grandma or Vivian, and partly because he was jet lagged. With Vivian and Evan's schools and activities and getting settled back in, last week just blew through us.
By Saturday morning the fam looked travel worn and in need of rest. Vivian wanted to stay home and do nothing. We did the next best thing - go to Grandma's and do nothing. On Saturday we literally did nothing. Walked the dogs down and back up the street. Read books out in the sun. Played with dried seed pods. Watched a movie with cousins. And on Sunday we did more of nothing including Sweeties for a donut breakfast and then a walk up and down Canyon Lake Dam.
