Baking Homework

The other day Vivian's English homework was to read and follow complex instructions. She came home with a seven-step recipe for making pan de muerto (we nicknamed it "bread for the dead") and needed to take the finished product back to school. Evan wanted to help badly. He thinks he's a hotshot in the kitchen now that he goes to Ms. Tami's cooking classes. But Jo distracted him long enough for Vivian to get it done. And she did very well.
