Medical Ear Piercings Anyone

In the last newsletter from our pediatrician's after hour kids' clinic was this little item. Now why would Vivian and Evan's doctor's office, an otherwise fine medical establishment, do a side business in after-hours ear piercing - but only for 4 to 6 month old and 12 years and over girls?

So what's a 6 year old girl and a 3 year old boy to do? Not get your ears pierced this evening for one. Sorry V & E.
