Sunday was an equine kind of day. In the morning Vivian and Evan and Ava went on pony rides. Later the grown ups went out on horses. These horses were young and strong, not the usual fare of tourist trail rides. And Karen - our resident horse expert - seemed to approve. I felt I was in a Marlboro ad.
