Belt testing isn't a spectator sport - kids jumping around doing moves badly. But since Vivian has started sparing it's been more fun. She and her good friend were paired to spar and though they both kicked and punched fiercely they also blocked and ducked really well. So it looks like Vivian is about to take Major's head off here but I'm pretty sure she didn't connect. Afterwards they got into trouble because they were laughing. I like that they can fight hard and laugh even harder.
Meanwhile Evan never cracked a smile while breaking the requisite number of boards. Though he was very excited to be promoted.
