First

First day of first grade today. Vivian opted to be woken up early. By the time I had showered and made it to the kitchen she was dressed and had finished her breakfast (mini mini waffles, strawberries, chicken) and was already in trouble for wiping her strawberry stained hands down the front of her brand new school shirt.

Vivian claims her favorite subject is matematicas. She seems to understand when her teachers talk to her in Spanish. Here goes another year. Good luck!

Evan's school doesn't start for two more weeks. He doesn't like that. Neither do we.
