Hatch Peppers

Central Market is in the middle of it's annual Hatch Chile Pepper festival. And the kids must have heard the jingle on the radio. Because when I served them hatch peppers with their salmon and zucchini for dinner last night, Evan sang "Are you into hatch peppers?" and Vivian added "Are you really really into hatch peppers?"
