After the van Gogh museum we stepped out into the brilliant day and walked across the largest open space we had so far seen in Amsterdam towards the Rijksmuseum where we frolicked in the playground in front of the museum and played amongst the giant letters of "I Amterdam". And then we walked through the foyer of the Rijksmuseum and marveled at it's 10 year half a billion dollar renovation and wondered about the Rembrandt and Vermeer masterpieces inside and walked on right through to the other side and kept going.
These kids and museums don't mix. But boy, can they have fun with bunch of letters!
