There is a certain small disfigured spot on the dining room floor that I am to blame for. The incident happened a few months ago. Evan and Vivian were sleeping peacefully and didn't hear the sound that accompanied the action which resulted in said hole. But they've heard the story a few times since.
Fast forward to yesterday afternoon. Evan had returned from school and was in his manic phase - when he's so tired that he says "I not sleepy" and 'No nap" repeatedly till he falls asleep. So it was surprising that he had a lucid moment. He was on the floor of the dining room and he pointed to the hole and said "Daddy make this hole". Jo agreed. Then Evan made this fake sad face he can do so well where he looks sad and closes his eyelids. And he said "Daddy broke my house".
