We had lunch at P Terry's (where Jo ran into the owner Kathy eating lunch too) and then headed out to Canyon Lake. We've been out there fewer times than most other years.
Carol is still in Nebraska and we don't know if she's ever coming back. The house is empty and the air conditioner is turned off. It was nice and toasty when we arrived. So we made a bee line for the pool with Vivian and Evan. Later in the afternoon their cousins arrived and after that we didn't see much of the kids till it was time for bed.
