When Jo is away - kayaking down the Rio Grand at Big Bend or floating on the Lazy River at the Grand Hyatt, I keep the kids active - mostly to prevent having to spend a lot of time at home alone with them. Today we went to the Thinkery after picking Vivian from school. It's Austin's new children's museum. We stayed in one portion. I could let the children wander in and out of three or four areas and stay in one place and keep an eye on them periodically. Vivian spent a few minutes in the lights room and then focused on building. Evan built for a few minutes and then played with the ferro liquid and the magnets. Easy entertainment.
