Vivian, Ava, Evan and even little Olive (with a little bit of fudging about her age) signed up to run the children's 1K for Autism Speaks. Vivian and Ava ran with Tim. They sprinted and rested in spurts till they finished. Evan and I jogged. Then he cut loose towards the end and dashed to the finish line. Olive got distracted by a jeep full of teenage boys. Bad news for A & G.
Vivian and Ava finished up their season at Travis County Strength. As long as Vivian continues at Magellan, we'll need to make sure she gets enough sports and athletics outside school. Thankfully she prefers the real world to TV or iPhones most of the time.
